Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. jijiwin employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, all associated balances and pending withdrawals will be voided, and the Player may be permanently banned from the Platform.
jijiwin is required under PAGCOR licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws of the Philippines to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. Verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document. Acceptable documents include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, UMID, Driver's License (LTO), PRC Professional Regulation ID, and Voter's ID. Failure to complete verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

jijiwin does not permit persons under 21 years of age to register, deposit, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform. By completing the registration process, you confirm under penalty of account termination and potential legal liability that you are at least 21 years old.
jijiwin reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and without prior notice. If age verification reveals that a Player was under 21 at the time of registration, the Account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be returned (less any amounts already wagered), and any winnings generated will be forfeited in their entirety.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not access the jijiwin Platform. jijiwin recommends the use of parental control software on shared devices.
jijiwin accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to Player Accounts within the processing time applicable to each payment method, which ranges from under 60 seconds (GCash/Maya) to up to 30 minutes (bank transfers during banking hours).
jijiwin reserves the right to reject deposits that appear inconsistent with normal player behavior or that trigger AML compliance alerts. Deposits made via payment methods not registered to the Account holder's verified identity may be declined.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are: GCash and Maya — 1 to 4 hours; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days.
jijiwin reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours for the purpose of security review, fraud prevention, or AML compliance checks. Players who have not completed KYC verification will not be eligible for withdrawal processing until verification is complete.
All transactions on the jijiwin Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jijiwin does not charge currency conversion fees. Fees imposed by third-party payment processors are the responsibility of the Player.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by jijiwin are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. The wagering requirement applicable to each specific promotion is stated in that promotion's terms, accessible from the jijiwin Promotions page after login.
jijiwin prohibits strategies designed to exploit bonus terms ("bonus abuse"), including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using low-risk or balanced betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements; using bonus funds to place bets that contribute at a reduced rate without genuine intent to play; and any form of collusion or coordinated play to abuse promotional structures.
Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have Bonus Funds and associated winnings voided and may be subject to Account suspension.
Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds credited to a jijiwin Account expire 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
All games available on the jijiwin Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness and compliance with published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates. jijiwin does not manipulate game outcomes in a manner inconsistent with the published RTP and house edge for each game.
Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, that outcomes are determined by certified random processes, and that past outcomes do not influence future results. jijiwin makes no guarantee of winnings and is not liable for losses incurred through Real Money Play.
In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or system fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or erroneous payout, jijiwin reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. Erroneous payouts resulting from technical faults are not valid and will not be honored.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jijiwin Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, voiding of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities including PAGCOR:
jijiwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice if jijiwin reasonably believes that: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jijiwin or to the integrity of the Platform; or jijiwin is required to do so under any applicable law, PAGCOR directive, or court order.
In the event of Account suspension for suspected fraud or Terms breach, jijiwin will retain any Account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, the balance may be voided. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.
Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting jijiwin's customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after KYC verification, provided no pending wagering requirements apply to the balance.

Players who self-exclude from jijiwin are placed on an internal exclusion registry. jijiwin will make reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion, including blocking direct marketing communications to excluded Players. However, jijiwin cannot guarantee that self-excluded Players will be prevented from accessing the Platform by circumventing technical controls (e.g., using a different device or browser). Players who circumvent self-exclusion controls do so at their own risk and jijiwin accepts no liability for losses incurred during an active self-exclusion period.

All content on the jijiwin Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and design elements — is the intellectual property of jijiwin or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No content from the jijiwin Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or modified without jijiwin's express prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jijiwin's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services offered thereon shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jijiwin shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profit or gambling winnings attributable to Platform unavailability; losses arising from unauthorized access to a Player's Account due to the Player's own negligence (e.g., sharing login credentials); or any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform.
The jijiwin Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jijiwin makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
jijiwin's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of Player personal data is governed by the jijiwin Privacy Policy, available at jijiwin.org/privacy-policy. By creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.
jijiwin processes Player data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Player data is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, or AML/KYC compliance service providers as required by law or regulation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jijiwin Platform shall first be submitted to jijiwin's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support.
If a dispute is not resolved through jijiwin's internal process within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's designated dispute resolution mechanism applicable to licensed online gaming operators. Players who are not satisfied with PAGCOR's resolution may pursue their rights through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
jijiwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address and/or a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Players who do not agree to any amendment to these Terms should immediately cease use of the Platform and contact jijiwin's customer support to arrange Account closure and return of any remaining balance.
