1. Introduction

jijiwin ("jijiwin," "we," "us," "our") operates the online gaming platform accessible at jijiwin.org (the "Platform"). • Financial Data: GCash account number, Maya account number, bank account details (account name, account number, bank name) used for deposits and withdrawals. jijiwin does not store full bank account credentials — payment processing is handled by licensed third-party payment processors.
• Account Credentials: Username and hashed password. jijiwin does not store passwords in readable form.
• Communications Data: Content of messages sent to jijiwin's customer support team via live chat or email.

3.2 Data Collected Automatically

When you access the jijiwin Platform, we automatically collect certain technical and behavioral data:

• Device Data: Device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, device identifiers.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

jijiwin uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (e.g., web beacons, local storage objects) on the Platform for the following purposes:

• Essential Cookies: Required for the Platform to function correctly — including maintaining your login session, storing your game preferences, and enabling secure payment flows. These cookies cannot be disabled without significantly impairing Platform functionality.
• Analytics Cookies: Used to collect anonymized data about how players navigate and use the Platform, enabling jijiwin to identify performance issues and improve the user experience. These do not identify you personally.
• Security Cookies: Used for fraud detection and prevention, including identifying unusual login patterns and detecting bots or automated tools.

jijiwin does not use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from logging in or using core Platform features.

7. Data Retention

jijiwin retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and as required by applicable Philippine law:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your Account's existence and for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and AMLA obligations.
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• KYC/Verification Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure or the date of the last transaction, whichever is later.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the communication, or longer if related to an ongoing dispute or regulatory inquiry.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for as long as your Account is active and for two (2) years following opt-out or Account closure.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jijiwin will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in a manner that prevents reconstruction or identification.

8. Data Security

jijiwin implements technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal data it processes, including:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and jijiwin's servers;
• Encryption at rest for personal data stored in jijiwin's databases;
• Bcrypt hashing for all Account passwords — jijiwin staff cannot read your password in any form;
• Role-based access controls limiting internal access to personal data on a need-to-know basis;
• Regular third-party security audits and penetration testing;
• Incident response procedures that include notification to the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and affected players within 72 hours of discovery of a personal data breach, as required by the DPA.

While jijiwin takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for logging out from shared devices after each session.

9. Your Rights Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act

As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by jijiwin:

• Right to be Informed: The right to know what personal data jijiwin holds about you, the purposes for which it is processed, and how long it is retained.

• Right to Data Portability: The right to receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format for transmission to another controller, where technically feasible.
• Right to Object: The right to object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. Objection to marketing processing will be given effect immediately upon receipt.
• Right to File a Complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe jijiwin has processed your personal data in violation of the DPA.

10. Children's Privacy

If jijiwin becomes aware that a person under 21 has created an Account or provided personal data on the Platform, jijiwin will immediately close the Account, delete the personal data collected, and return any deposits made — less amounts already wagered — to the payment method used. If you believe that a person under 21 has accessed the Platform, please contact jijiwin's Data Protection Officer immediately using the contact details in Section 14.

11. Cross-Border Data Transfers

jijiwin's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines. However, certain service providers used by jijiwin — including game software providers, security monitoring tools, and cloud infrastructure services — may process personal data in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, jijiwin ensures that adequate safeguards are in place as required by the DPA's implementing rules on cross-border data transfers. These safeguards include contractual data processing agreements incorporating the National Privacy Commission's standard contractual clauses, and jijiwin's assessment that the destination jurisdiction provides an adequate level of data protection.

jijiwin does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions identified by the NPC as providing inadequate data protection without appropriate additional safeguards and, where required, NPC notification.

12. Direct Marketing Communications

With your consent, jijiwin may send you promotional communications about jijiwin bonuses, new games, sports betting specials (including PBA season promotions and UFC fight week offers), and platform news via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number and to your registered email address.

You may withdraw your consent to direct marketing communications at any time by:

• Updating your notification preferences in your jijiwin Account settings dashboard;
• Clicking the unsubscribe link included in any jijiwin marketing email; or
• Contacting jijiwin's customer support team and requesting removal from marketing lists.

Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect your ability to use the jijiwin Platform or receive essential Account communications (e.g., deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts, and responsible gaming communications). Essential Account communications are not marketing and cannot be fully disabled while your Account is active.

13. Amendments to This Privacy Policy

jijiwin reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or jijiwin's data processing practices. Material amendments — those that significantly affect your rights or how your personal data is used — will be communicated to you via your registered email address at least 15 days before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the jijiwin Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.

If you do not agree with any amendment to this Policy, you should cease use of the Platform and contact jijiwin's customer support to request Account closure and return of your Account balance.

jijiwin has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as required under the Philippine Data Privacy Act. The DPO is responsible for overseeing jijiwin's compliance with the DPA and for handling data subject rights requests and privacy-related inquiries.
